The Works executed abroad were performed by our sister companies SiteCast General Contracting Company (SCGCC – 100% owned by GCC) in Dubai and Qatar; and Arabian Technical Construction Company (ATCC – 40% owned by GCC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The project consisted of nine two story teaching clusters and buildings in addition to an administration building, infrastructure, hard and soft landscape, finishing, and electro-mechanical works. The scope of works included Value Engineering, Structural Re-design, and Construction of all buildings. The Design and Construction of the Skeleton Works using the Tilt-Up method of Construction for the entire built-up area of 56,000 square meter was completed within nine months.

The scope of works includes Value Engineering, Structural Re-Design for the whole building of a built up area of 12,700 square meter, and Skeleton Construction consisting of structural steel columns and beams for small spans and low roofs with Steel girders for spans of 25 & 30 m loaded on Insulated Tilt Up Load Bearing Walls for the Two Gyms, swimming pools and Cafeteria areas. Corrugated sheets and concrete topping and foam-concrete were used for roofs.

The scope of works includes, Value Engineering, Structural Re-Design for the whole building of a built up area of around 52,500 square meter and Skeleton Construction consisting of the use of insulated tilt walls for the envelope of the buildings, the interior structure consisted of solid tilt-up shear walls, precast columns, steel beams and joists topped by metal sheet decking and concrete topping. Structural steel girders and beams for recreation (spans up to 32m) loaded on Insulated Tilt Up load bearing walls for the two gyms, swimming pools and Cafeteria areas.
Corrugated sheets and concrete topping and foam-concrete were used for roofs.
